Easy Ground Beef Alfredo Casserole

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    *Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce, 1.25 cup
    Barilla Plus Rotini (2 oz, 56 grams), 16 oz
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Basil, .25 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    *Pepper, white, 1 tbsp
    Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    Kroger Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp

Tips

You can adjust seasonings to your taste. I cook this for my Mother and she cannot handle spicy food, so, I add more pepper, oregano and garlic to mine. Stir it up and microwave it, so it is spicy enough for me. Enjoy!!


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

place ground beef in a skillet, with seasonings, cook until done, no red or pink left.

while meat is cooking prepare rotini with a tbsp of butter and a dash of salt to keep it from sticking or boiling over. I boil the pasta for 11 mins. However, you can boil according to your tastes.

Drain meat.

Drain pasta.

In deep casserole dish, mix together meat, pasta and sauce, top with cheese.

Bake in oven for 45 mins or to the desired browness.
