Dinah's stuffed mushrooms revised

Introduction

I had to redo this recipie because I messed up the serving size for thenutrional info...sorry! I had to redo this recipie because I messed up the serving size for thenutrional info...sorry!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    20 fresh mushrooms, stems removed
    1- 6.5 oz minced clams, drained
    2 cloves garlic - minced
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3/4 C dry bread crumbs
    1/2 C chopped green pepper
    black pepper to tast
    1 C butter melted
    1/2 shredded mozz cheese
    (I use skim and probably don't need 1/2 C total)

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together - clams, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, pepper, and black pepper. Slowly stir in 1/2 C butter, until slightly moist.

GENEROUSLY fill the mushroom caps with the mixture. sprinkle with mozz cheese and drizzle remaining butter ( only use what you need you don't need to drown them)

Bake in preheated 350 oven 30 min or until browned.
