Introductioncondensed soup and velveeta are wonderfully creamy condensed soup and velveeta are wonderfully creamy
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (nutritional totals for regular, definitely substitute healthy choice for lower sodium)
4 oz. velveeta light, 2% cheese
1/2 cup milk (1% in nutrition)
8 oz. Barilla Plus pasta, rotini
In pasta pot, combine sliced velveeta (thin to melt quickly), milk, and soup. Stir or whisk until cheese is melted. Add any spices (parsley, garlic, pepper, chili powder).
Add pasta back to pot and stir until combined.
Makes 4 main dish servings, or 8 side dish.
