Chicken Pie

Ingredients

    3 chicken breast, skin and bone removed
    1 cup spring onions
    250g mushrooms
    2.5 tbsp Olive Oil
    50g peas, 50g corn, canned
    1tbsp flour
    300-500 ml chicken stock
    2tbsp Crème Fraîche, light
    1 sheet puff pastry

Directions

preheat oven to about 200°C. preheat a baking pot, add olive oil and the chicken, springonions and mushrooms. Stir in the flour and top with créme fraîche, stock, peas and corn. Bring it to a boil and pull off the stove. Deck the top with the pasty sheet. Put it in the oven for about 15-20 min.
