Corn and Vegetable Salad (BJM)

Introduction

My own Corn Salad with Vegetables My own Corn Salad with Vegetables
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of whole Kernal Corn, drained
    1 can of black beans, drained
    1 can of Three Bean Salad, drained

    1 Onion medium, chopped
    1 Hot Chili Pepper, chopped (optional)

    Cilantro, chopped

    Salt, Pepper to Taste

Tips

You can add shoestring carrots, bell peppers (any color).


Directions

Mix All ingredients together in a mixing bowl, add seasonings, squeeze lime on the mixture. Stir and let sit for 5 min or overnight to blend in flavors. Enjoy!
