30 ml olive oil
1 small onion, grated, 100 g
2.5 ml red chilli flakes
150 ml sugar (10 tbspn)
150 ml white or cider vinegar (10 tbspn)

cardomom, 5 pods
Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
Ginger, ground, .25 ml
Grapefruit, 2 fruit, peeled, chopped, white skins removed
salt and milled black pepper to taste
