16 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup hellman's mayonnaise
Shape into 6 patties.
Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Flip over crab cakes.
Bake another 10 minutes.
Note: If you prefer crab cakes that hold together better then add one egg to the mixture, but this will change the nutritional information.
