Ingredients

    1 cup unsweet canned pumpkin
    16 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup
    .50 cup egg beaters

Tips

May add whipped cream and crushed vanilla wafers, not included in calorie/carb count. Also add nuts or anything else that will light up your taste buds.


Directions

preheat oven to 350
mix ingredients in medium bowl
PAM a deep pie dish
Place ingredients in dish
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until center is set
