Ingredients

    6 boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat
    1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
    1.5 cups frozen peas
    1.5 cups baby carrots
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 med onion, chopped coarsely
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water

Directions

preheat oven to 350
pour uncooked rice on bottom of casserole dish
add peas, carrots and onions into dry rice
place pork chops on top
in small bowl, mix together soup, milk and water
pour over top of chops
bake covered for 1 hour
remove cover, cook uncovered for 30 more minutes
serves 6 people
