Warm pasta salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups of enriched pasta
    6 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Salt
    Pepper to taste
    Choose your own blended seasoning or fresh herb combination
    3 TB Slivered carrots
    1 - 2 cups Chopped fresh spinach
    3 TB Crumbled real bacon
    1 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
    2 TB Slivered almonds, lightly toasted

Directions

Cut up fresh cauliflower, drizzle with 2 TB olive oil and seasoning and roast in 425 oven for 15 minutes.
Cook pasta al dente. A bowtie pasta is good for this salad.
Put cooked pasta in microwave bowl and toss with 2TB extra virgin olive oil, generously toss with seasoning profile of your choice or chop up fresh herbs.
Top with 2 cups of rough cut frest spinach, top with carrots, a dash of water, salt and pepper, 1 TB Balsamic vinegar, 3 TB crumbled bacon
Microwave on power level 7 for 2.5 minutes. Open top and stir when steamed.
Top with roasted cauliflower and toss.
Top with slivered toasted almonds and 1 oz of feta cheese.

Stir and enjoy!
