    Light Kidney Beans
    Chicken Broth (33% less sodium)
    Minute Brown rice
    Garlic
    Onion
    Green pepper
    Black pepper
    Balsamic Basil Oil

Tips

I use as a quick go to staple for the fridge.


Directions

Brown Garlic and onion in Basil Olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients simmer for 20 min. covered
