Peppered Bison in Marinade

Ingredients

    1/4 C Canola Oil
    3 T Soy Sauce
    2 T White Vinegar
    1 T McCormick Grillmates Steak Seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Mrs Dash Original
    1 lb Bison Top Sirloin or Rib-eye Steak

Tips

DO NOT OVER COOK THE BISON, IT GETS TOUGH.


Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a self-closing plastic bag or shallow glass dish. Add steak and marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Remove steak and discard marinade. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
