Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    *Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 5 tbsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    *Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    *Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, .75 cup kernels (remove)
    *Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Tips

Make sure to use cooking spray instead of oil, that way you can get by using less. Add or subtract any vegetables as you wish, to your liking, the more vegetables you use, the more filling it is! Also, all vegetable and soy sauce amounts are approximate, choose your amounts based on your liking.


Directions

Dice all vegetables and chicken. Spray a little bit of cooking spray in a wok and make an omelette out of the eggs. Set aside. Cook rice according to package. Add chicken to wok, when mostly white add vegetables. Once the vegetables and chicken are cooked add rice, egg, and soy sauce to taste. Serve and enjoy!
