1 cup no fat milk
1 frozen small banana (although fresh will also work)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
The no fat milk can be substituted with whatever other milk you prefer, or even with water.
I find it sweet enough from the banana, but you could add honey or additional fruit if you would like it sweeter.
I also use the cinnamon and cocoa powder as metabolism boosters so either or both of these could be left out for a simple banana smoothie.
Serving Size: 1 serving of about 400ml
