    Chicken breast or tenderloins, 16 ounces
    One onion, chopped
    1 package fresh mushrooms, sliced (or 2 cups pieces)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 cup sour cream
    1 Tablespoon or 3 Tsp. yellow mustard

If using whole chicken breasts, pound thin. If using tenderloins, just have ready to cook. Place olive oil or canola oil in frying pan. Put Chicken in and sprinkle with extra paprika, salt and pepper. When done, remove from pan. Cook onions, then add mushrooms. Cook til they are about done. Then, add 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Stir. Add ! cup sour cream. Stir. Add 1 tablespoon mustard. Stir. Cut chicken into cubes and return to pan.
May be served over rice or noodles.
