Ingredients

    :

    *Black Beans Dried (uncooked), 2 cup (1# bag)
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) )
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, .5 cup, chopped
    **McCormick ground cumin, .5 tbsp chopped
    *GARLIC POWDER, 1.5 tsp
    *cayenne pepper, 1 tsp
    *Lea and Perrins Worcester sauce, 1.5 tsp
    *lemon juice, , 100% Juice, 1 tsp
    *Canned Crushed Tomatoes - 28oz can
    *Olive Oil, Kirkland, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    cilantro to taste

Tips

5 hours because need time to soak the beans


Directions

soak beans 4 hours. Then pressure cook 20 minutes at 15psi in water that covers by 2inches.
Drain the beans and save.
Saute onion, jalapeno, spices in olive oil til tender in pot used to cook the beans
Return beans to pot add remaining ingredients and 8 cups water, less if beans aren't well drained. Pressure cook 5 minutes at 15psi.
