Ingredients

    2 oz Angel Hair pasta, uncooked
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves minced garlic (or to taste)
    1 Tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Cook angel hair according to directions. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat olive oil & add chopped onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until onion is translucent. Add minced garlic & cook another minute. Drain pasta & add to onion & garlic in pan. Toss to coat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
