Cabbage Soup

Introduction

This is a very spice and large pot of soup! It is also very delicious. This is a very spice and large pot of soup! It is also very delicious.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 Head of Cabbage
    6 Onions
    2 Green Bell Peppers
    1 Stalk Celery
    3 (14.5 oz) cans of Italian Recipe Tomatoes diced
    3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    1 Cup V8 Vegetable Juice
    1 Cup Water

Directions

Cut up cabbage, onions, green peppers, celery and put in large soup pot. Empty 3 cans of tomatoes, garlic, v8, and water into pot. Cover and heat on medium until boiling stirring occasionally.

When it starts boiling, reduce heat and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.

Serving Size: Makes 16 - 1 cup servings
