    Rice Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Tahini, 1 tbsp
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Snap peas, 1 cup
    Cucumber 1 cup peeled and seeded
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
    Green Onions, .5 cup chopped

    Fake Chicken - Veat or Quorn


Serves 4

Combine Dressing Ingredients in a food processor or blender

Toss Salad ingredients in a bowl
