Lemon Basil Salmon

Ingredients

    1/2 fresh Salmon fillet
    1 tbsp Basil
    dash of garlic (to taste)
    dash of pepper (to taste)
    dash of salt (to taste)
    1 lemon wedge

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350. Sprinkle basil, garlic, pepper and salt on salmon. Wrap salmon up in tin foil. Place on a cookie sheet and put into oven for about 20 minutes until salmon is cooked through. Carefully take salmon out of foil and place onto plate. Serve with a lemon wedge and spritz with lemon just before eating.

*Salmon will be dry if lemon is spritzed too early
