Veggie-Seafood Mix

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped Broccoli
    0.5 cup chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 cups chopped Cabbage
    5 tbsp Oyster sauce
    1 cup chopped Carrots
    300 gram Mixed Seafood (shrimp, squid, clams)
    0.5 cup chopped Onions
    2 cloves Garlic
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cube Knorr Shrimp Bouillon

Directions

In medium heat, saute onions and garlic in oil. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins
Add mixed seafood, carrots, oyster sauce and shrimp bouillon. Stir-fry for 3-4 mins.
Add cabbage, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for another 2-3 mins then simmer for around 2 mins.
Serve and enjoy!
