Vegetable & Chicken Sausage Soup

Introduction

I used a chicken sausage with tomatoe and cheese which really complimented the flavor of the soup. I used a chicken sausage with tomatoe and cheese which really complimented the flavor of the soup.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp - Oregano, ground,
    1/2 Tbsp - Basil,
    9 cup - Chicken Broth, (Boulion cubes)
    1 can - Green Beans (snap),
    1 Medium head of Cabbage - shredded,
    3 tsp - Garlic,
    2 medium - Onions,
    1 package (10 oz) - Spinach, fresh,
    15oz- Tomato Sauce,
    2 Can - Tomatoes with Garlic-Hunts Diced Fire Roasted
    10 oz - Hillshire Farm Chicken Hardwood Smoked Sausage

Tips

This is a wonderful way to get your vegetables in. I do not like spinach by itself but find I love it in my salads and soups and it is wonderful for you!


Directions

Saute Onions, garlic, sausage and then cabbage in large pan with Pam and/or water before adding to soup.

Makes approximately 10 servings.
Serving Size: 1.5 cups @ 125.3 calories per serving.
