3 - large skinless chicken breasts, bone-in or boneless
I - 16-oz. can Cranberry Sauce, with or without berries
3 - TBS. Dried Onion Flakes
1.5-2 - TBS. Onion Powder
1 - tsp. Morton Light Salt
The original recipe called for onion soup mix, but it has so much salt that I came up with this alternative to reduce the sodium content.
In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce with onin flakes and onion powder, add Lite salt, mix well.
Pour over chicken, spreading sauce out to cover all of the chicken.
Cook in slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1/2 breast servings
