Balsamic Vinaigrette (From Food Network)

Ingredients

    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Freshly ground black pepper
    1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed on a cutting board with the side of a knife, or more to taste
    1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil


Directions

Wisk together and serve. Food network suggests over arugula with some fresh parmesan cheese on top
