Hamburger Soup

Ingredients

    39 oz can of whole tomatoes
    6 oz can of tomato juice
    2 pounds ground beef
    1 8 oz pkg of sliced mushrooms
    2 oz red wine
    1 tbsp Bragg's Aminos

Tips

You can change the flavor of this by adding any type of spice. Some ideas are Greek seasoning, chili powder, Italian seasoning, etc.


Directions

brown meat & onions
add garlic
put tomatoes in blender on high, add to burger mixture. Add seasonings, wine, tomato juice, & mushrooms. Bring to a boil & simmer for 10-15 minutes before serving.
