Basil Cottage Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

    16 oz pasta (spaghettini or angel hair is our favorite)
    500 gr container 1% cottage cheese
    1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
    1/2 cup parmesan
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Place cottage sheese, basil and parmesan in food processor and process til smooth. Let set and come to room temp. Can do this an hour or so ahead of dinner.

Just before you are ready to eat, Cook pasta to desired doneness and drain, immediately add cottage cheese mixture and chopped walnuts.
Serve immediately
