    Flaxseed, 1 tbsp
    Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
    Sunflower Seeds, 2 tbsp
    Honey, .3333 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)

Tips

Also try with pure maple syrup instead of honey!
Don't forget to adjust nutritional content for substitutes.

Directions

* Grind all seeds together in a coffee grinder.
