Ingredients

    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 can
    *salt, Hain* sea salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp

Directions

* Mash Avocado
* Add Tuna and seasoning.
* Add lemon juice and mix.

Serve on salad, non-wheat bread, or roll in lettuce leaves.
