    1 c. Lentils, cooked
    1 med Potato, shredded
    1/2 c Onions, chopped
    1 oz Walnuts, chopped
    1Tb Sage, ground
    1tsp Cumin seed
    1Tb *EVOO


    * Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients.
