4 Beets halved and quartered
1 large onion cut in wedges
2 C zuchinni cut in large pieces
4 carrots cut in large pieces
5 Tomatoes quartered
2 Tbsp dried Rosemary
2 Tbsp dried Basil
1 Tbsp hot pepper flakes (to taste)
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Salt substitute
1/4 C evoo
Juice of 1 lemon
Use more or less evoo according to taste. Other veges may be substituted as available.
