    1 cup pasta
    2 tbsp zucchini or mushrooms, chopped or minced
    2 tbsp tomatoes, chopped or minced
    2 tbsp onion, chopped or minced
    1/2- 1 tbsp olive oil
    1 dash salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 dash red pepper
    2 dashes garlic powder

Directions

Cook pasta.
Throw everything else in a pan until soft and lightly browned.
