Ingredients

    6-8 oz. chicken breast boneless skinless chopped
    2 cups macaroni cooked
    23 doz. grape tomatoes ( using up from garden but use any type ans amount)
    1 lge. onion chopped
    5 cloves garlic Chopped
    1 or 2 cans diced tomatoes No Salt Added
    4 TBS. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 TBS. Basil,dried
    1 tsp. Oregano
    2 TBS. Parsley
    1.50 TBS. lemon peel (I use dried)
    1 tsp No Salt salt substiute
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cook macaroni and set aside. In a pan cook onions and garlic til semi soft (opaque). Brown cut up chicken.
In a soup pot, add all ingredients and cook on med-low for 1 hour or until done
