Tuna Salad w/Jicama

Ingredients

    1 12 oz can albacore tuna in water-drained
    4 Tbsp Lite Mayo (can use fat free or yogurt to save more fat)
    1 C diced Jicama
    1 C diced celery
    1/2 yellow pepper diced
    2 jalapeno peppers diced
    Dash Salt
    Fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp onion powder

Tips

Serve in a pita or in a wrap with spinach and avocado for a great lunch.
