Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pounds browned stew beef
    2 cans Gourmet Italia Peeled Whole Tomatoes (28 oz cans)
    2 cup okra
    1 cup mixed veggies (corn green beans carrots)
    2 cup diced new potatoes

    (will finish recipe after work)

Directions

brown meat, dump it in the slow cooker
chop veggies, throw it in the slow cooker
open tomatoes, throw them in the slow cooker
fill tomato can with water, pour water in slow cooker
set the slow cooker on 10 hours
go to work
