Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    tomatoes
    garlic
    olive oil
    onions
    white wine
    italian parsley
    oregano

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in the olive oil until soft, about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine, oregano and parsley. Cook until soft approx 10-15 minutes. You can slowly simmer longer if you wish.
