Chicken Salad

This is a really good chicken salad using left over baked chicken. This is a really good chicken salad using left over baked chicken.
Number of Servings: 3


    Leftover chicken-skin and bone removed.
    5 chopped Spanish olives
    3 TBLS French onion dip
    2 TBLS Mayonaise
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Remove skin and bone from the left over baked chicken. Chop chicken and put into a bowl. Next chop 5 spanish olives and add to chopped chicken. Spoon tree tablespoons of French onion dip and two tablespoons mayonnaise. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon onto three large croissants and enjoy!
I like to spread a little artichoke and jalapeno dip on one half of the croissant. Delicious!

Serving Size: Makes 3 Very generous croissant sandwiches.
