Boiled Cabbage

Ingredients

    1 medium head cabbage
    2 Chicken bouillion cubes
    4 c water

Directions

Cut cabbage into 8 wedges. Place in a pot with bouillion cubes and water. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for approx 45 minutes or until cabbage is soft. Drain, salt & pepper to taste.

Add butter if desired (not included in NI)
