Dairy free pancakes

Introduction

Cheap & easy pancakes for people who can't have dairy products or just don't like to eat dairy. Cheap & easy pancakes for people who can't have dairy products or just don't like to eat dairy.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 cup flour
    1 cup Coconut/Almond milk
    2 Tblsp Veg oil
    2 tsp brown sugar

Tips

You can omit the brown sugar, if preferred.
Occasionally I will add a splash of vanilla extract for added flavor.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together until no dry ingredients are visible. Cook on lightly greased cast iron griddle or non stick skillet.
