Ty's Salmon Cakes

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    (3) packs 5oz each salmon
    (1) tbsp lemon juice
    (2) tbsp dijon mustard
    (3/4) quick oats
    (1/2) cup chopped onion
    (1) tbsp old bay
    (2) egg whites
    (1) whole egg
    (1) tbsp dill

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Pan sear on medium heat until middle is cooked thoroughly. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 6 equal portions. Batch weight 738 grams, each cake is 123 grams.
