1/4 pound ground beef, browned & drained
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 Tblsp soy sauce
1 Tblsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp packed brown sugar
Dash of Srirachi to taste
2 oz angel hair pasta, broken in half
Tips
Directions
Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, combine salsa, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar & hot sauce & bring to a boil. Cook until smooth. Combine with browned, drained ground beef. Drain pasta & add to sauce.
