Introduction

Sugar free, gluten free, dairy free Chili with turkey and beans! Sugar free, gluten free, dairy free Chili with turkey and beans!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 oz Ground Turkey (substitute: beef)
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
    2 cups Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1/3 cup Pinto Beans, washed and drained
    1/3 cup Kidney Beans, washed and drained
    1/2 cup Black Beans, washed and drained
    2 cloves Garlice
    1/2 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Chili Powder
    1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Makes one lunch or dinner.
*Try cooking this recipe in a batch of 3 or 4 servings. These reheat great in the microwave in about 3 minutes.
-Brown meat over medium heat.
-Add onions when meat is nearly finished browning.
-Add garlic when onions are nearly finished sauteing.
-Add tomatoes, beans, and seasonings.
-The longer this dish sits and simmers, the most delicious the flavor will be!
