Introduction

Sugar free, gluten free, dairy free Fried Rice! Sugar free, gluten free, dairy free Fried Rice!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups Onions, Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Carrots, Celery
    1 tsp fresh ginger
    1 tsp fresh garlic
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    2 eggs (substitute: chicken, beef, turkey)
    2 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos (substitute: soy sauce)
    1/2 cup broth
    1 cup brown rice, cooked

Directions

-Stir fry veggies in preheated skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
-Add ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes.
-Push veggies aside and cook 2 eggs in pan.
-Combine ingredients when the egg is cooked.
-Add Bragg's aminos and broth.
-Cook one minute.
-Add rice.
-Cook until liquid is reduced.
