Gluten-free Quiche

Introduction

Gluten free, sugar free quiche! Gluten free, sugar free quiche!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    10 oz potatoes, shredded
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt
    pepper
    nutmeg
    splash of water

Directions

*Add 1/3 cup milk to eggs, and serve with fruit and yogurt for breakfast.
*Add veggies to Quiche and serve with raw veggies for lunch or dinner.
-Preheat oven to 350.
-Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
-Bake shredded potatoes into a crust for 10 minutes, or until browned.
-Mix remaining ingredients, and add to browned potato crust.
