    1 cup of frozen fruit
    1tbsp of honey
    1tbsp of smooth peanut butter
    1 medium banana
    1 cup of 2% milk

Tips

what is great you could put fresh fruit and add ice to make it thicker. If you are lactose intolerent you can use yogourt or tofu milk.
