Introduction

Gluten free, sugar free, dairy free Tomato Soup! Gluten free, sugar free, dairy free Tomato Soup!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8 oz Silken Tofu
    1 cup Vegetable Broth
    1/2 cup sauteed onions and celery
    1/2 cup tomato puree/sauce/paste
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    parsley, thyme, basil, sea salt, pepper

Directions

*Serve with 1 cup starch!
-Place tofu, sauteed onions/celery, vegetable broth, and tomatoes in blender and blend until smooth.
-Place ingredients in soup pot and bring to a slow boil.
-Mix in seasonings.
-Serve hot!
