Ingredients

    1 cup cooked barley
    1 cup stir fried onions and peppers
    1 cup canned petite diced tomatoes
    4 oz cooked turkey or beef
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    14 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

-Brown ground meat.
-Add onions when meat is nearly browned.
-Add peppers when onions are nearly softened.
-Add tomatoes, barley, spices.
-Mix and heat.
