Ingredients

1 cup of finely crushed corn flakes
2 tablespoons of Mrs. Dash Seasoning
8 cups of okra slices ( thawed frozen okra
can be used)
Cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large bowl mix together crushed cornflakes and the two tablespoons of Mrs. Dash Seasoing blend;
Once well blended stir in three cups of okra (thawed frozen okra can be used too).
Stir till okra is coated with the crushed cornflakes.
Spray a large cookie sheet with a light coating of the cooking spray.
Shake excess coating from okra and place on the cookied sheet spread out evenly. Spray the okra very lightly and place in the preheated oven.
Cook for 15 minutes or until okra turns brown and crispy. serve immediately
Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings
