This slow rising, no knead creates a crusty, earthy bread, without sweeteners or additives. I like this with soups, for dipping or for making crostini. Ingredients

    2-1/3 C All Purpose Flour
    2/3 C Whole Grain Rye Flour
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp dry Yeast
    1 Tbs chopped Dill - Optional (or carroway or even rosemary)
    1-5/8 C Water


Directions

Use No-Knead, hot pot bread procedures. (I will add on request.)
