10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1 clove garlic
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 c olive oil
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Delicious served on a lightly toasted crostini or would likely be good on pasta.
Add grilled chicken for a balanced plate.
Add olive oil and pulse until combined. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size: makes approximately 36 Tablespoon-gfdsized servings
