Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

    8 Chicken Thigh
    i Teaspoon Sea Salt
    Sprinkle of Onion powder
    Sprinkle of Garlic powder
    Light Sprinkle of Black Pepper
    Sprinkle of Lemon Pepper

Directions

Pre-heat oven. Wash chicken and season chicken with salt, onion powder and black pepper. Put chicken on rack in baking pan, cover the bottom of the pan with water. Cover with foil and back. The fat from the chicken will drip into the bottom of the pan and the water in the pan will make steam and help keep the chicken moist. Serve with vegetables.
